2. Take good care of my skin and trim my eyebrow more often. Haha.

3. Save money!

4. Improve grammar.

5. Stop being negative about things.

This list is totally achievable and that's the point. LOL.

Keep your religion to yourself

Religious freak=those who constantly preach others who are not at all interested in their religion

I used to admire religious people despite the fact that I am a free-thinker. I admire the fact that they have a body of principles to stick to (although we have all heard of so called religious people using their religion as a cover-up for their vices), and most Christian in particular are very friendly people (can't really say so for other religions as a whole,just being frank). I believe that religion beliefs are based on moral values and there are many points even free-thinkers can learn from them.

But the over-zealousness of certain religious people frightens me.

Even since I was a teenager, religious freaks seems to have included me in their 'all mighty' mission to spread their religion around. In the begining my friends and I were pretty neutral about these people, but as times goes by,we started getting irritated by their attempts to spread their doctrine around(I learned the word 'doctrine' from Jane Eyre, or Wuthering Height, or some other Victorian novel, seriously FML. I have since decided that Jane Eyre is way too religious for me, hence Frankenstein is now my favorite book. Heh). To date, none of the aforementioned friends have turned to the 'bright' side.

I digress. The matter which vex me the most is that, those people don't understand that it is bloody rude to impose their religion onto others.

And here are some observation I have made about them. Examples given are based on my experience with religious freaks.

1.They don't respect others' religion and beliefs- They think that other religions are silly, and their god is the one and only god whom everyone should worship.

Examples: Any war triggered by religion (duh). Religious freak A saying to me that Buddhism is simply for praying for one's 'ping an (safety in Mandarin)'. Wow, extensive knowledge about other religion too!-_- Religious freak B criticizing a Buddhist for praying to some goddess (an annoying,overbearing person just like religious freak B, who no doubt retorted religious freak B plenty)- an incident which religious freak A related to me (please lor, one said it in front of people, you said it behind people, same same ma-_-).

I think we should impose a rule that one shall never talk about others' religion. This rule would ensure peace for the entire human race. Simple enough? But no, these religious freak can't follow that one simple rule cause it's not what their god says.

2.They think that they are really special-so special that they sometimes twist and turn their 'god' words and still think they are right.

Examples: Religious freak A telling me that when the world ends, the god would only save his followers and other would die. Wahahaha! Obey me or else I won't save you! How malevolence is your god! Most parents are kinder than that lor. I guess we shall worship our own parents instead?

3.They indirectly curse those who does not believe in their religion

Example: See point 2.

4. They believe they have the power to guide you and knows what is best for you(not exactly an exclusive aspect for religious freaks though, but quite common for them)

Examples: Simply by 'instructing' others that they should believe in god, and by instructing I really do mean instructing. Religious freak B, who thinks she is wiser and knows you better than you do. Such as assuming that you only read children books just because you were looking at one and then telling you not to read them cause they would affect your IQ, that you should read newspaper and such.-_-

Okay that was some pretty lame examples. But my point is that a preachy religious person, often preach on other subjects.

5. Obviously, they say a lot of crap

This was what I posted on FB: 'A religious freak told me that she will make an invalid vote cause the ones who rules on earth are elected by satan.SIAO.'

This one totally tops the cake. I guess all voters with an valid vote are Satan followers.

So just fucking leave me out from your 'religion outreach'. I am not interested.

New year resolution?

I have yet to fulfill my resolutions from 2009 and 2010.So this time,I'll have a manageable list instead!

1.Eat more good food.
2.Buy more pretty clothes, especially dresses.
3.Buy more bags.
4.Sell everything which I no longer like, and use the money for 2 and 3.
5.Despite number 3, do not buy anything branded. Why pay $500 for a Prada wallet when you can pay $50 for a 50% discounted leather wallet(omg, I am good at finding stuff. Teehee). In other words, spend wisely (sort of).
6.Spend more time with friends.
7.Start having more discipline. Spend less time on the internet doing crap, study a little bit, work a little bit, etc. No point working too hard for now, I'll be burnt out before I start seeing any results.
8.Stop thinking about doing things but end up not actually doing it.
9.Try to save a little money. Part of my resolutions every single year, but...
10.Travel?

Okay that's it!

I am back to blogging once again.

2010 was pretty much just as sucky as 2009 was. I think the best part of 2010 was that I read three terrific novels- Frankenstein, Oliver Twist and Bright Lights, Big City. And The Picture of Dorian Gray actually, but somehow I am disinclined to admit it. Haha.

Yes, that is how lame my life is.

However I am slightly closer to achieving my dream I guess?
